It's been reported that the first 3DS roms have been successfully dumped, albeit there is no public means of playing these roms just yet. The group taking claim to the fame is "LGC" ... and so far they've dumped Super Monkey Ball 3D and Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars.Let me quote a piece from the nfos:
Most people are probably asking themselves "HOW?". The answer is "Yes, it is THAT simple". This release is 100% complete and was tested on our own hardware. Just wait for the chinese to figure it all out aswell, then you can play this release too. Like our first DS and DSi dumps, we have included a picture of the dumper with this release. Make of it what you want, we have no intention of giving out further information.

No doubt in due time, probably sooner rather than later, these roms'll be playable, whether that's by way of flash card or some other method. Now we don't condone piracy, but I am a firm believer in "try before you buy" ... something Sony has finally done right with 60-minute full game trials. But to play devil's advocate I understand most would/will be all about the piracy... I was a starving student once.
And don't do it -- don't you dare ask for download links.
