I would love to have a sort of designer studio type homebrew for changing icons natively. Directly from the device. Not for custom themes, but for manual icon changing. For Homebrew icons, startups, and backgrounds. Like RedSquirrel's gui but in homebrew form.

I would like an android emulator so I can play pokemon go on my vita, save my phone's battery power and use it for communication.

I can tether my vita to my phone for connectivity to the net.

I want a blender port for vita, but i dont know if is possible. Any program to make 3d models and open after with blender at pc. Useful to low poly creations anywere you got bored.

NDS emulator is definitely the top priority. Drastic on android works perfectly on my 4 years old phone, so I would at least want a similar emulator like that could work on Vita since its specs and touchscreen capability are good enough to run DS games.
