Specs for a good gaming PC?

What is a good amount of ram to get?
A video card?
Motherboard?
Processor?
Internal modem?
and the ports?
Also would be appreciated if you put prices.

A Lenovo ThinkPad EDGE 14, assuming you have a low budget (My choice, haven't found too many games that don't play well after optimization). On a high budget, AlienWare ;)

Lol whats that? PCs depending on what you want to play can run anywhere from 300-3000 :lol:

Try a Sony VAIO from last year, its specs are very good & it's now cheap. ;)

The new touchscreen Windows 8 VAIO is $700, & a 2011 (okay not last year) VAIO is $300 with 4GB RAM, Intel Core i3, 720p screen, what else? So it's cheap for what it offers. ;)
