Unfortunately I do not have access to the second router/gateway/whatever because it belongs to my ISP  I can only get myself public IP for some extra fee, and wanted to know is it mandatory for using PRO online features or not.

Yes it is. No public ip, no online gaming.

For 2wire...
If you've setup DMZplus...delete the network connection from the PSP (as the router instructed)...
reconnect and the router should assign the newly created DMZplus ipaddress to your PSP...
If the network test connection on the PSP displays as Nat Type 1 you've got it set up right...

The general think that hackers has to do is hack of PS Vita (CFW). Then the hackers could think about FW mods etc. :D

Nat Type 1 -> DMZ set up properly

Checklist
  • hotspot.txt filled with router name
  • No other unrelated plugins running
  • ISO Cache disabled High memory unlock enabled
  • Copy of the game clean nothing ripped, iso
  • Installed the nightly build
  • Installed the latest revision of PRO Online (0.04 as of now).
All else fails do everything from scratch again; save for setting your PSP to DMZ which has been done already.
