Help for a noobies guy with 3ds!

Hello everyone, I just got a old 3ds with 6.2.0-0E OFW with disabled internet browser (it forces me to update to the latest version if i want to run it). Now, I was wondering if there's a way, maybe a noob guide to operate rxtools software and downgrade my fw to version 4.5? Thank you all for your answer
