1) Download at9 tool, Run the Henkaku Exploit on your vita.
2) Load up VitaRW & wait for that to finish.
Then download Audiocity, load the tune you want to use with the settings of 44100Hz & WAV (Microsoft) signed 16-bit PCM then export it as home.wav
Run the at9 Tool from the commandline (Command Prompt) Make sure that the tool & your exported wav file are in the same folder, otherwise you'll get an error.
Put this code in at9tool -e -br 144 -wholeloop home.wav home.at9
Wait a few seconds & sure enough you'll have a file with extention of at9
4) Run MolecularShell & enable FTP, once FTP is enabled & navigate to pd0:data/systembgm in FileZilla or any FTP client you use.
Take the newly made home.at3 file & replace then replace the existing one.
5) Reboot your Vita, as the System Settings will error out due to the change of permissions. Then once your Vita is up & running again, go to System Settings/Sound & Display then check System Music
Head back to the LiveArea, you will now hear your custom made BGM playing instead of the stock music.
I got the idea from this http://wololo.net/2015/11/11/ps-vita-ho ... tom-theme/ as well as the code to make the at9 file work.
As per usual, I take no responsibility for what happens to your Vita.
