Basicly what I did is cut a hole in the PS3's lid where the fan is.
I then glued some mesh screen around the hole to keep big things from getting in there.
I also have a fan speed adjuster on the side of it, and now my PS3 runs at around 40 C
Heres a pic and yes, I also have an E3 Flasher
UPDATE:
I made a led mod in the fan Heres how it looks with the lights on:
And with the lights off:
UPDATE2:
I added a custom fan grill to my PS3
UPDATE3:
Since I moved, I have been using my neighbors WiFi and he lives over 1/4 mile away from me. I can connect with my Pc no problems, but my PS3 would not stay connected to it. So I decided to make my own external antenna for my PS3
I seen someone on YouTube do this, so I didn't think of this on my own
I drilled a hole in the back of the PS3 and installed a plug into the PS3 (called a pig tail or something like that)
Here's what ti looks like when the PS3 is back together:
Then I got normal antenna and pluged it in and it looks great:
Now, here's the proof that I can connect to my neighbors WiFi and he's over 1/4 mile away from me!
What do you guys think?
