CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Basically, I was following the tutorial to install plugins, but after enabling CXMB and exiting the recovery menu, TN-V4 crashed. Disabling CXMB got me back into the exploit, but re-enabling it causes the same crash to occur. The screen goes black, then after a few seconds a box pops up saying "An error has occured. (C1-2858-3)", and I have to restart my Vita. So uh, did I just mess up somewhere or what?
Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
I am also experiencing the same problem. is there anyone who can help identify the reason for this?

Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Make sure to use the cxmb.prx from the TN-V4 exploit folder. Also, some themes wil crash the psp environment so choose your themes carefully.
Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
check the folder that you hav cxmb.prx in, if there is some other file in there delete it. I cant remember what its called but that was my issue.
Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Disable the gameboot and the coldboot (startup logo) in the recovery menu.
Also be sure that cxmb is not in /seplugins/ but in /cxmb/
Be also sure to use themes that were made for PSP FW 6.60

Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Okay, I disabled the gameboot and the coldboot, and swapped my CXMB.prx with the one from the TN-V4 exploit folder, and that got it working. For some reason the CXMB.prx I had before was 3x the size of this one.
Thank you very much for your help, everyone!

Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Actually guys the problem you are having is called not checking the readme
See in the readme it tells you that TN-V needs a special version of CXMB that is included with it
You don't need to disable anything

Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Maybe I'm just an idiot, but I can't find that anywhere in the readme that came with TN-V4.fate6 wrote:Actually guys the problem you are having is called not checking the readme

Re: CXMB causing TN-V4 to crash
Actually you're right it doesn't say it needs to be that specific one
one would think you would just use the one given to you but meh I guess Im the goof this time :3
anywho TN said it needed to be but I guess he didn't mention it in the actual readme for whatever reason
