so my INSTALL.zip needed to be INSTALL.ZIP that goes for all the other ones too. GAME1.ISO, FILE.ZIP ect...

5th. Change the file name to INSTALL.ZIP(example), make sure the name and file extension is capitalized and the name is not to long

wow the sleep deprivation from waiting for the release must have hindered my reading abilities :P thanks for the tut and vids!

how does changing system language make a difference,

so this whole bug is dependent on the system language?

Somewhat yes, for many people system language fixed it. That error code specifically means the game crashed or an error occurred running that app. For example C1-11... code is when there is a error occurring with network.
