we need 2 vita console to do my theory
1- we decrypt digital game then dump it using this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYxaeM3YWQ4
2- we decrypt the same game from different account in another vita consol then we dump it
3- we Compare the 2 dumps so we can find where is the defrence betwen the dumps (because if we put dump game from device 1 to device 2 or the opposite the game will not load and message appears this games for another account)
4- because we decrypted the games now we can change or edit what we found after Compareing the 2 dumps

now so we can make this happen i need Volunteers

What you are suggesting will not work. You have only decrypted the assets, not the eboot.bin.

Apologies but the idea of "comparing 2 encrypted eboots" is showing strong misunderstanding of how encryption works. At best this would give you hints at what kind of encryption is used, which I believe is already known.
