What kind of vulnerabilities would the keys give us ?

Post by Radwan126 » Fri Sep 04, 2015 4:14 pm

If somehow accidently Sony leaked the keys or released them in the future , what would they give the hackers ? how would they actually help the Vita's hacking scene ?
i know they would make great progress , but what kind of progress ?

Thanks

What keys? Signing keys? Public keys for verification? Symmetric keys for decryption? Janitor's keys to the break room at SCE?

^this.

It really depends on which type and what it's used for. Even if we had one it might not work on what we'd like.

Well, with a full set of keys (hmac, symmetric, asymmetric with private) you wouldn't need vulnerabilities.
