Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!
would there be better results if we could use a base like fake_np but modifying it to re-ecdsa-sign NPUMDIMG once the base header has modified to allow a larger iso to be encrypted?

Re: Finally... some Christmas cheer!
I have a few psp demos which can be installed via pkg installer. Though they always give a license error when trying to start from live area. I also encrypted them with sign_np to boot another homebrew but still same error. Is there anyone who succeeded in booting a homebrew via a demo installed from pkg installer?

I have, I think you just need to rename your .rif (in your Licence folder) to something else.reprep wrote:I have a few psp demos which can be installed via pkg installer. Small PSP Demo
If you use Talkman Tokyo as your base copy and rename UP9000-NPUG80155_00-TALKMANTOKYO0000.rif to UP0700-NPUH90095_00-KIZUNADRIVETRIAL.rif
make sure you still have a UP9000-NPUG80155_00-TALKMANTOKYO0000.rif though. Don't just rename it.

you have to add discid=(base game ID like NPJH90196 or whatever your base game is) after the &reprep wrote:I have a few psp demos which can be installed via pkg installer. Can you confirm that it work up to fw 3.36 as base bubble? Or only up to 3.30 and lower? The Z wrote:I can confirm this. Numblast is a great base game for custom bubbles.
