Check for /usr/local/bin/qcma, /usr/local/bin/qcma_cli and /usr/local/lib/libvitamtp*.so*, then delete them by hand (you 'll have to, since you installed it without apt).
My bad, I forgot I had to manually install the older version, working now. :oops:

Also next time you can use the --verbose flag so the error log can be more useful.
Qcma-appindicator removed and qcma work fine!

..sorry for my noob linux error log inside the spoiler, :mrgreen:

Linux, Mac or Windows? USB or WiFi? Do you also have problems connecting via WiFi/USB?

Can you give me a log? Run qcma with

qcma --verbose

Or if you are on windows, open cmd, go to the qcma directory, and run

qcma_console.exe --verbose > c:\qcma-log.txt 2>&1
Plugin list
Working on: QPSNProxy, QCMA - Open source content manager for the PS Vita
Playing: Error: ENOTIME
Repositories: github, google code
Just feel the code..

Vita firmware? If isnt the latest you have to block it from accessing the internet in your router.

@miziho, fw version?

Don't you also need to use the Vita update blocker proxy? I'm using that anyway, maybe it's only necessary for the PS TV.
