How to make PBOOT.PBP run exploit from diff SAVEDATA folder

Does anybody know how the VHBL PBOOT.PBP is created? I want to change it so that it run exploit from a different SAVEDATA folder. Example GPSP01234. I want to make multiple VHBL bubbles.
