lol yes i have VHBL installed already but idk how to install PSPDOXMANAGER and pspfiler wont open

No, I tested every FTP homebrew I could find, but none work.

so there isnt any other way to play iso's or cso's? cause i dislike the fact that i cant play any physical copies of my psp games
