I'd drop it for a Valkyrie profile: Lenneth vita version AND a Valkyria Chronicles 3 vita version.
But, considering that in square-enix they are behaving like morons realeasing mostly things on IOS at absurd prices and sega doesn't even care for VC I don't think that's gonna happen.... ever

Id drop tn-v5 for a port of final fantasy XV or Upgraded port of FFXII
Theres other games like Armored Core V or port of Dark Souls 2

A new Persona, Metal Gear Solid, Devil May Cry(original) Ghosts n Goblins/Maximo, or MediEvil. In the past I would have said Resident Evil, but I no longer have faith in that series. It would have to be like 4, or just go back to the playstyle of the originals.

For Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2 I would drop my exploit in a heart beat. If they can port over FFX I think they should be able to do almost any PS2 game.

Ask me 5 years ago I would have said Final Fantasy, that is not true to what the series has become (Lightning returns.....who da foq cares?) NOW I would have to say Hideo Kojima is the only guy that could have me considering dropping the exploit, a stand alone Metal Gear Solid would make me think twice. A REMAKE of the orignal MEtal Gear/s (note: NOT Solid series, THE ORIGINAL) would make me drop the exploit and kick it far far away.
