If it is through the PSP emu (which seems likely), would it be possible to carry over any known exploits to install VHBL?

Thats correct and i have to agree you, even if we yould exploit the popsloader inside of the psp emu, we would be in a sandbox within a sandbox, we would be one step further to the vita than with the psp emu exploits.fate6 wrote:actually guys its just pops from the PSP emulator
yes that is right when you play PS1 games on the Vita you are running a emulator within a emulator
Emu-ception 0____0
it would be pointless to exploit them BTW
(afaik even less access then PSP games)

Ok, I stand corrected thenfate6 wrote:eh ? no its just pops, albeit a modified pops but still just pops from the PSP
BTW with kernel access you have full control of it thats how I know
Perhaps they did this so that everything was limited to PSP exploits, rather than making a separate Vita PS1 emulator that could potentially open an extra security holes?fate6 wrote:yes that is right when you play PS1 games on the Vita you are running a emulator within a emulator
