This is great; did you end up with the exact same checksums?

Because of the importance of this development; perhaps create a special "hello world" type program that tells the story of PSP homebrew (nem, swaploit/kxploit, fanjita's work, Open Edition/CFW, Pandora/MMS, etc.)? After Datels's signed updater, this will still be the first actual signed homebrew released and as such has historic significance.

Have you tried signing Noobz's eLoader? It is a standalone eboot, so it may work?

EDIT: And btw, epic work :). As you said this uses a "trick", does that mean it could get blocked? Or was it a "trick" to get the necessary keys somehow and the homebrew is truly properly signed?

It is properly signed, but it uses precalculated header from existing demo game(s) :)

^.^ Will you be releasing your method or waiting for others to figure it out.
And if you don't mind could you release a tiny hello world as proof of concept to prove your claim.
I'm trapped between idealism and skepticism. I'm optimistic that you're telling the truth.

Yeah, a helloworld would be nice. In the psp-scene, when you make a claim its always good to give evidence or proof. Or else people start calling you a faker or something.

Kgsws doesn't have to proof anything to you, so stop asking.

This is a programming forum, so keep talking oriented to programming. If anyone releases anything useful to end users, most likely it will be posted on the homebrew forum. So again, keep on-topic.

Right now it might not be good idea to release it. I guess sony will do something against it as soon as possible.
But i have idea, i will try to "sign" my own vshmain.prx for 6.20, this way it will be possible to make HEN permanent.
HEN for 6.20 is not permanent now, correct?

EDIT: hmm ok i failed with vshmain.prx, lets try some kernel module ...
EDIT: failed with kernel module, maybe init.prx? hmm later ...
