How do i use DOSBOX?

Ivbe got the key combos right and i have a coiuple of questions:

1.) Wheres a good place to get games like space invaders (Have it)
2.) how the heck do i press TAB? LTrigger dont work like the guide says
3.) im trying to change to a folder with space and i try

But it doesn't work says cannot change to that.
