One is a Pentium 1 at 133MHz, the other a Pentium 2 at 2XXMhz.
My intention is to have them for old-school games and to collect them.
What OS should I put in them?

Yeah windows xp is overkill for that hardware. I was thinking DOS 6.22+Windows 3.1 on the pentium 1 and windows 98 on the pentium 2. But I really don't know about old school computers, I don't even know how much this computers are worth, I got them for free, my college throws away any unwanted hardware, working or not, for students to grab if they want to, I got myself these two and two pentium 4 which I installed linux on.

For the p2 install windows 95... 98/me is WAAAYY to demanding.

Oh on such old hardware I would go and play holiday island:

Or I would go for the leisure suit larry games... or I would go for dungeon keeper or the settlers one or two.
Or play star wars shadows of the empire or battle for naboo or go with force commander or rogue squadron.
Or you can even play The Wheel of Time(1999) which perfectly fits the p2.

Just some old memories of mine :)

I like the game suggestions, keep them up. One more thing: SIS 6326 or S3 (first gen)?

Look through archive.org's DOS CD archives. Games are sort of categorized on CDs and it's nice to browse through.

Monuments of Mars was my first PC game. :D
