If it's about a PC game with an xbox 360 controller, then why post about it in a PSP section?
Do you have input lag, or the entire game lags?

How is your xbox controller connected? Wireless or Cable?

Why not move it to the PC Section/Other Section?

Since you said that the whole game lags, then I'm guessing you need a better computer XD

Hw powerful does a computer need to be for minecraft? I doubt you need a gaming pc for it.
