Which smatrtphone should I buy??

my n97 is broken and now I have to buy a new smartphone ...
Which smartphone do you recommend? I was thinking to buy the iphone, lumia 980 or the htc one.
Help meee xD

android has more open support with installing your own apps
iphone has to be jailbroken for anything not on the i store
and eating thrifty maid noodles because of it......seriously!?! off brand noodles.....ouch i got burned by tech support.....ouch........

I would recommend iPhone 5, Xperia, or Samsung Galaxy S3
