Tutorial : Hidden menu on PlayStation Portable

Post by KillerM33 » Fri Jun 06, 2014 5:29 am

The hidden menu discovered on the PlayStation Portable also works on other PS consoles! I have tested it on my PSP Bright with 6.20 PRO-C2 CFW.

The button configuration is the same, simultaneously hold L+R+Left+Square for a couple seconds and then press and hold Start while in Settings>System Settings>System Information.

What it does is it brings up info from version.txt in flash0:/vsh/etc on the PSP, other PlayStation consoles may bring up more info.

Are there other hidden features? Find out. Give it a try and see for yourself and if you found one, kindly submit it in this thread

This is correct. When this news first came out 2 years ago, I tried it on my PS3 and I can confirm that this was removed shortly after.

Still works on my Ps3 on the latest firmware.
