How can i Deactivate my PSV and keep sys 3.60,i don't want up to 3.61. help plz~

Don't do it
Because you can't activate it again with out ps3
But if you want you must
1- start Vita Update Blocker from pc
2- then enter PlayStation network from your vita in setting then
3- stop Vita Update Blocker (in your pc)
4- start PS3.ProxyServer(in your PC) with the same port 8080
5- enter activation then game then deactivate it
*(You must set up proxy in the first place before every thing in your vita from wifi)

If we want to use henkaku and afraid being banned by sony, it is better to deactivate our account right?

what i need to do in step 4~open the program,and setting IP port,and what's the next?

I do that but it still show me to update my sys

after you start ps3 proxy server(before that you must out from vita_update_blocker_v1.2 and you must be now in PlayStation network in setting ) in the same port(8080) open activation title (or something similar to that name) and enter game then pres deactivate

er....i cant go to PSN setting,because,it let me login,i click it,and it will show plz update sys....

No, don't deactivate your system !
It will just delete the act.dat file, that means your downloaded psn games (psp, mini, psx or vita) won't launch.
And that will not low the risk of ban... either there is none...
And more, the act.dat file should be useful in vita hack soon...
