I'll just leave my edited version of a certain file here that DOES work http://www.mediafire.com/view/99kvgjjtm ... telist.xml for those that know how to use charles proxy its rather simple I'm not going to go through the whole setup but once you have the proxy setup just try to login to psn of course it will say update blah but will give you the correct psp2-updatelist.xml to replace in charles proxy so replace it with my uploaded version and try to sign in again
not working for me either and im using vita update blocker. its a bit annoying because i had already downloaded the trial earlier today so i deleted it to re download but now it says update. even when proxy did work it didnt let me do the download list trick

This does not work at the moment no proxy is working =[
Ouch, just got home from the store and try to set up my ps tv and it's patched. Well at least I have 2 weeks to return it if there's no other way to get tn-v on it.
