Firmware 6.20 will give you perma yes. it will also make your 09g think its a 04g and introduce bugs.

foolish move. i tested it.

Just get QZs PRO-C for 6.61 from here viewtopic.php?f=17&t=41249

this is the best firmware for you.

Nothing that wont also work properly via the ME or Inferno driver. 6.61 is just not worth it.

6.61 pretty much only fixed some playback issues for various game titles.

Firmwares 6.30 to 6.60 fixed more than just that. 6.60 > 6.61, but also 6.60 > 6.20 (if you dont care about the perma patch).

Yes, it probably was. The predowngrader, meant for 6.39 didn't patch my keys, saying they're matching.
So I downgraded to .35 and then patched the predowngrader, replacing the string '6.39' to '6.35'.
I was too lazy to find henSDK to compile that as a normal person would do. :P
Couldn't figure anything to write here.

1x 3008 09g 6.20-LME2.3 - bricked :(

007, I'm too lazy to use temporary patch.
So I have downgraded.

I guess being lazy qualified bricking your PSP? Do you enjoy not having to use an LCFW launcher anymore?

Mean jokes aside, this is exactly why we said dont use 6.20 on 09g, it is not safe.
