hi

i have not turn on my psp for 2 weeks and now have a trouble with the batery and the clock is this normal or should i get a new one

Knowing that your PSP is a 3000, that's normal. Once I left my old 3004 off for a long time, then after that I decided to turn it on, to find out those horizontal lines on the screen on my XMB. But that went away after a week... :)
All you have to do is wait, nothing other than that. Sending it to Sony won't do anything neither. ;)
