Does Davee plan to update Infinity or fix his 1.02 release?

I hate to be "that guy," but when Davee released Infinity to the public there were a few bugs. Two I can recall are the system errors that prevent you from installing .ptf (and .ctf?) Themes and keeping wallpapers (or just installing them, I can't remember if they worked but would always delete themselves). He seemed to have fixed them in his 1.02 release, but from what I can remember something else went wrong and he removed the release from his site while still keeping the updated Infinity configuration application. I know he said he was retiring from the PSP scene but it would really be nice if he fixed whatever bugs in the only permanent CFW that works on all PSP's.
