Reboot shortcut [VPK] [UPD]

the shutdown function should be: _vshKernelShutdownSystem

but it does not work.
on henkaku r1-r4 it will reboot your vita.
on henkaku r5+ it will kick you out.

is an henkaku issue? maybe it needs to be whitelisted (?)

Alternatively someone mentioned using the Power Bubble from PSTV units, but I've yet to find the dumped files.

Thanks for looking into it though, I use the Reboot Bubble all the time

I just saw vitashell code and seems it is able to shutdown the system.
I ll try to make a poweroff bubble today.
