Known Problems:
-Doesn't work for some PS Vitas [Either user failed to follow the installation process or it just doesnt work on some units]
-"Please Wait" message can take a really long time(40 minutes or longer) before getting an error message just to get another "Please Wait" message
(Possible Solution: Try to have at least 1GB of free space left on your memory card)

Works great! I don't really want my vita online, only wifi to FTP and that's it. Great solution for those of us that are afraid it will update automatically

i keep getting error C0-11274-5 ;/

Edit: i forgot to update the henkaku, if u guys find this error , just updtate henkaku then install the offline instaler theeeen rebot the system and use the email app to activate henkaku

or if you keep getting erros i forgot i had to take for the proxy for the update blocker then follow the directions
after everything worked and on the first try

After I installed this, I rebooted my vita. Clicked on VHBL bubble before opening email and VHBL bubble worked!
Molecular shell gave me an error but VHBL still launches and plays the emulators.
Can anyone recreate this and see if it's just me?
FYI, my VHBL is on top of defender of the mystic garden.
