How to get ftp to work on Android?

Yes, my phone is always connected to my WIFI so I don't have to worry about my data plan. I use ESfile Explorer Pro, which works with my 3ds.

but when it comes to my vita it just hangs I would even leave it like that for longer than 20 mins yet nothing. (Ive also used your app same issue)

Idk about ES explorer.. but turbo client works for me... I tried other apps on Android and only turbo worked for me. Perhaps try turbo again? Maybe Turbo works better with Vita ftp... I've move .vpks and emulators/Roms no problem with Turbo.
