Firmware Reinstaller?

Hi, I was wondering if this has been moved or if anyone still has a functioning version of the Firmware Reinstaller made by SilicaAndPina (Love this name)?

I haven't been able to find the GitHub page of this person and any links are dead. I really want to return my system back to official firmware.
If anyone can help it would be a great help.

Does this mean that I can safety install the newest version without fear of bricking as long as it is through the CMA?

Because I am debating getting another PSVita tomorrow to have un-modded.
