Henkaku has nothing to do with it, you might wanna check and see if anyone you know probably did it unless your going on tons of **** and malicious sites. If thats the case its kind of your fault.

So I was thinking about this and a lot of people who like me lost their save data during the first gen of psv dont have time to go through and 100% is it possible to use and share other peoples savedate for psvita games?

You can put them in there own folder directory but short answer is no, zips wont show your files.

Wherever really, personally I made a "homebrew" folder in ux0 to dump all my test things in till I figure things out, you can browse folders from mGBA and find your roms. edit: That version is not very stable though, fps is all over the place and sound is glitchy. Same here I can't get past this either, another note I just watched your video before you posted haha. You are really fast :) Anyway, I an't belíve we stucked in this situation... :/ Yeah, it is heavy site traffic keep at it and you will get in you may need to shut it off and go back in the browser...
