You can put them in there own folder directory but short answer is no, zips wont show your files.

Wherever really, personally I made a "homebrew" folder in ux0 to dump all my test things in till I figure things out, you can browse folders from mGBA and find your roms. edit: That version is not very stable though, fps is all over the place and sound is glitchy. Same here I can't get past this either, another note I just watched your video before you posted haha.
