Neither C++ nor game design 'require' per-say a high-end computer. Also, large pixel collider kind of high end?

If they decide to localize it. Now that's one very big if for the company that thinks that South-east Asia is more profitable than the entire NA and EU regions combined. So they only released an English-translated version of PSO2 there.

If I were you, I'd update it to 6.60 and install PRO-C. Easiest guide to doing so that I can think of is this .
