lololol the 3DS port of DeSmuME is actually a port of the PSP port of DeSmuME :D this is a port of a 3ds port of a psp port of a pc emulator. :D Thanks! The 3DS port is not a port of the PSP, shutterbug ported DSonPSP which was really outdated and didn't have a rasterizer so I ported an up to date ...

It uses an interpreter, I can port the arm to arm jit but the CPU can't be virtualized.shadowbrony33 wrote:Does this use virtualization or is it using an interpreter? Since the Vita is ARM based like the DS I suppose you could visualize the NDS CPU instead of interpreting it.

You should try some of the retroarch cores. If you have kernel access you can use dynarec on some cores, that increases the speed alot.
