The wrong protocol was the problem. However, I would still like to get feedback to see if the update file can be deleted from internal/external memory. I fell like a moron, but I still appreciate the suggestion. I had two copies of qCMA and I had not adjusted the protocol in one.

I put it into airline mode, reboot, launch CMA, select Copy Content and BAM, Update System Software, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Dammit. I assume I left the wifi on (without VitaUpdateBlocker running) when I ran CMA and it copied the update again. I have all of the auto download *** turned off in settings. I guess I will swap cards again unless there is some way to delete the update. Would it fix it if I used PS3 Proxy Server...
