My question is: Is it possible to mark a dangerous vpk or mai dump (only Homebrews, Apps, Demos/ NO PIRAT GAMES), that could brick your vita, as save. I have tested to log in with my gmx account on an vita 3.38 and PS TV 3.30 and it didn't work. But when I log in my self on the vita 3.36 and 3.60 it works. But only on 3.36 the fail mail trick is working, obviously!

Thats f*cked up. Everybody is now focosed on Henkaku so they don't care about problems on lower FW.
