i remember when i first noticed this when i was using the vita in bed at night and an all black screen popped up and i saw what looked like black blood splatters on the screen googled it and noticed everyone's has it.

If you do want to update to play psp isos and ps1 isos then don't go any further then 3.18, you can use epsp, ps1 loader, rejuvenate and thr browser is vulnerable to the webkit hack if it leads anywhere.
