Re: Exploited games.

If you can't even afford a $5 exploit game you shouldn't have bought a Vita but saved your money.

Re: Wondering about the new exploit from Mr.gas & Major_Tom.

The reading and writing makes it possible to install PSP games. I got Numblast working even tho I didn't have the license files on my Vita. Basically you can do what you do with ePSP

Tinkering around with the files on the PSVita

Hello everyone, Soon the new release by mr. gas and major_tom will be released to public. This means people will be able to read, write and do lots of other stuff on their PS Vita. If you read between the lines in the article you can already start messing around with reading and writing. I took some...

Re: Calculating title update download links with HMAC key

If we could manipulate https data to the vita we prolly could feed it our own pkg files right? Change the pkg file to a different one from the Sony servers to see if it accepts it. Does anyone know how the sha1sum is calculated in the xml file? It does not seem to be a standard sha1 calculati...

Re: [WIP] Snes9x 1.43 port - CATSFC-libretro-vita

as the 444 mhz version (0.3.3) is released, can you post it now? http://yifan.lu/p/rejuvenate/ I just tested the 0.3.3 beta but it does not seem to get the fps I'm getting with the uvloader I have at the moment. Here is the patched version but I must say it does seem to underperform compared to the...

Re: [WIP] Snes9x 1.43 port - CATSFC-libretro-vita

I thought I already implemented a frame limiter. I'll have to revisit that. And I mean, *I* personally don't care if you share it. But 444MHz ELFs are useless right now without the accompanying UVLoader, and I don't feel right posting UVLoaders I've gleaned from #vitadev, those aren't "public" as f...

Is it possible to install PKG using updates

So I bought Numblast a while ago but I don't have a PS3 anymore and my Vita is on FW 3.36 PSN gives me the options to download the PKG file for Numblast manually (Via a XPD file) but I can't install this directly on a Vita ofc. What I did was start an update for Playstation All-Stars and by using Ch...

Re: [WIP] Snes9x 1.43 port - CATSFC-libretro-vita

I have a new version of this emu. It has been patched to use 444Mhz using PSM Unity. I get 70 to 200fps on Super Mario World 2 - Yoshi's Island. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the file so I will not post it. It probably is not too usefull because the games are not limited to 60fps and it prett...
