You have to format your memory card every time you change your account on your PS Vita. And you can't transfer games while you are on another account. So, no way, sorry.

You could also use the FTP-method to transfer data while you're running the custom firmeware. There was a tutorial how to use this method.

You could also add firmware information, so everyone knows which firmware is required for which feature. What I try say is that for example the quick access only works for firmware 2.60 and higher.
