I made today a backup from my ps vita with over 6 GB and i believe it takes under 10 minutes.

Yeah you should do a backup and you wouldn´t lose your exploit game. If you don´t do a backup you can lose the game

You need an exploited game, which have usermode or kernel. Recently there were some exploited game in the store, but sony pulled them down. So you have to wait
