Hi what CFW are you using ?

I had that problem before and renaming the folder containing the eboot to something shorter fixed it, so i would suggest you to give it a try
(ex: my problematic eboot was Castlevania - Symphony of the Night i renamed it to Symphony of the Night and now plays fine)

I would say the forgotten sands, the others ones are just ports of ps2 in lesser quality and have frame rate issue to my PSP even on uncompress ISO

also forgotten sand is interesting enough and not a rehash, really innovative and respectful to the first original games
