anyway. for those with this problem format memory with OFW 6.60 and problem wont happen. Thanks for all those that tried to help. hey man this is great, I've been trying to figure out why I couldn't custom-convert from my Rockman Collection discs to match the actual size of the PSN releases, this'll really help.

It's an Acer Aspire 3680. But the point isn't my OS, or the hardware. All I'm trying to do is set this resolution to 480x272. Which is lower than Windows will natively support. I'm using Windows 2000. And nothing changed at all, the resolution stayed at 640x480, even after a restart.
