It's unity, on a not-so-high performance console. it won't be great.
Still, you will be far from the psp's limitations, but native vita c/c++ will give you a LOT more performance

Simply put you can't. there is no easy way to port a Unity game to henkaku, the best way is to rewrite everything from scratch in C/C++ That said, you can make a psm game using unity, which will be compatible with the vita if we find a way to run psm games on the latest firmware. A simple program wich starts a timer, do a certain amount of asm("nop") then stops the time could give an idea of the cpu frequency, right?
(considering the program runs on only one core)

Not really an idea, but more like a personal preference,

I think instead of xml for any config files, we should use json because it is shorter in terms of characters, witch can mean faster reading times
