Re: Some help about HBL basics
It would be nice to have a working ELF to PRX converter. My main goal was to add the support for ELFs to my hb encrypter, and that's the reason why I was looking for a way to use HBL as a built in loader, with every HBL dependencies along with the targeted hb stored in one single EBOOT. By the way, ...

Re: Some help about HBL basics
The reason I don't use the StaticLoader is that it requires to rebuild the Loader based on the ELF extracted stubs, and I didn't have the knowledge to change that into something I could use without the need of compilation every time.

Re: Some help about HBL basics
Actually I don't think I'll need the getcwd, but thanks for the tips. Maybe later I'll try to add some zlib functions too... I managed to include every file used by the hbl in the PSAR section, and make it work (just played gPSP 0.9 with it with no 'ms0:/hbl' folder needed). So everything is packed ...

Re: Some help about HBL basics
Edit: sorry for the double post, should I delete this one and edit my last ? I managed to include the "config/imports.config_6xx" file as well, and it works but I had a little issue regarding current working directory, when I used relative paths. It seems that the CWD is lost between h.bin and hbl.b...

Re: Some help about HBL basics
Is it correct if I take 0x000035F8 from last line and add 0x08804000 to obtain the stub address (0x088075F8) ? That looks correct to me. Yes it seems to be. I did a quick modification to prxtool to add 0x08804000 to all the addresses, and I also had to fix the functions names, since the output from...

Re: Some help about HBL basics
Thank you very much for such a detailed answer. I guess I should start by trying to make PSPLINK work if I can't get the stub address from prxtool. Edit : I get that from prxtool -d -u hbl.prx Debug: Size 16 Debug: Using Program Headers for binary image Debug: Min Address 00000000, Max Address 0000A...

Some help about HBL basics
In the process of trying to understand more deeply the basics of HBL, I'd like to start by modifying the launcher. Basically, i'd like to store h.bin and maybe hbl.bin directly in the PSAR section of the launcher, and make it load them into memory directly from there instead of their actual location...

Re: [Suggestion] HBL as signed EBOOT
this isnt really signed its just a trick as mathieulh told me on irc. why dont u go on pspdemocenter and look on page 3, there are really small demos there ;) Well what's signed is the original demo used in the process, the homebrew doesn't have its own signature but in the end it is signed. That's...

6.35 PRO HEN signed repack (445KB)
For those like me who can't downgrade to 6.20 (because of 8g/9g modules) until further notice, here is a repack version of the signed 6.35 PRO HEN by VF & Coldbird. This version takes 445KB instead of 5478KB. I made it by switching the demo headers used, resigning and repacking it with this . It's t...
